The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has announced that due to inclement weather, all DPR athletic fields will be closed the remainder of today, Monday, September 27, 2010 for the safety of DPR customers. Poor field conditions have been created by the rain and use of natural grass athletic fields in these conditions can create long-term damage.

DPR artificial turf athletic fields will remain open at the discretion of the presiding official.
