Programming contractors who can bring comprehensive, outcomes-based programming will be considered. The RFP is scheduled to be released in October 2012. DPR will also open the Bald Eagle Boxing Annex this fall, the boxing annex will be a state-of-the-art boxing facility in Ward 8.
As the weather outside begins to get cooler and the days become shorter, District residents can also continue to enjoy DPR's indoor aquatic facilities. Open year round, residents should take advantage of the many swim classes available for residents of all ages; along with the many sports leagues, teen programs, personal enrichment programs, cultural arts, Senior programs, fitness and exercise, and much more.
