Little Explorers Camps
Summer is here, and it’s time for young children to learn and have fun. DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Little Explorers camp is a new adventure filled with music, movement, games, crafts, stories, and special activities like field trips and swimming. Exciting camp themes stimulate a child’s natural curiosity designed to promote independence, decision-making, peer interaction, and cognitive, physical, and social skills development.
DPR will host five, two-week sessions at each location. Camps operate Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm and are open to youth ages 3 to 5 years old.
