General Description The existing building is approximately 1,000 square feet. It sits on a two-acre terraced site, which includes a tot lot, basketball court, volleyball court, and ball field. Building Improvements The existing building will be razed. A new, 4,600-square-foot, recreational facility will be built that will include a gymnasium, meeting rooms, exercise rooms, locker rooms, offices and necessary support spaces. Building design and construction will be LEED Silver Certified. Site Improvements Site improvements will include new site lighting, walking trail, court repairs, landscaping, and a new 14 space parking lot.
