Riggs LaSalle Recreation Center Capital Improvement Program Location Riggs Road & Madison Street, NW, Washington, DC Planned Use A public multi-purpose recreation facility. General Description Riggs LaSalle houses one of the most active sports programs in the city geared towards youth of the city. Several meetings have been held with the community to ensure full involvement in the planning process for restoration of site facilities. Improvements will include restoration of the baseball, softball, and football fields, and other amenities. Field lighting will be replaced under a separate contract.
