Building Improvements
The new Deanwood Recreation and Library Center would be a new state-of-the-art combined  recreation  facility and learning center. The facility would include study and learning areas, library support areas, exercise room, play areas, music and sound rooms, computer rooms meeting rooms, and offices.  Meetings will be held with the community to ensure full involvement in the planning process for new project once the design is underway.

Site Improvements
Improvements are to include site restoration, including re-grading, reconfiguration, site drainage, parking, fencing, possible relocation of ball courts, landscaping, and other amenities.
