Help with Online Registration
To use the online registration system, you will need:
- Valid email account;
- Login Name and password (see New Account Request);
- If paying by credit card, complete card information, inlcuding account number, expiration date, and billing name and address as it appears on your card statement.
Online registration is a three-step process:
- SEARCH - Search for an Activity or Sports Program
- SELECT - Choose an Activity or Program for Enrollment
- CHECKOUT - Confirm and Complete the Transaction
Common Issues
I forgot my password.
Enter your login name and click the box “Forgot my password?” The system will ask you a question to confirm the account and prompt you to create a new password.
I forgot my login name.Please send us an
email that includes your address and a daytime telephone number. In most cases, we will respond with your login name and a temporary password within one business day.
I’m being charged non-resident fees.We need to correct a problem with your profile. Please

For inquiries about specific programs, please contact the
DPR facility directly that is hosting the program.
