Scholarship Eligibility
Scholarships are available to families who qualify. To find out if you qualify, please complete the Eligibility Worksheet* and use the income eligibility chart below. If your family qualifies for a scholarship, you can obtain an application* online or visit any recreation center. Submit one complete application for each child. Applications must also include copies of the following:
- Three (3) recent paycheck stubs and/or proof of benefit (Social Security, TANF, Foster Child)
- Government issued ID or driver’s license
- Proof of residency (utility bill, lease or deed bearing guardian’s name)
- Official long copy of birth certificate for all dependant children
Completed applications should be returned to your nearest Department of Parks and Recreation center. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
