Adult Sports - Softball
The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) offers a number of Adult Slow-Pitch and Fast-Pitch Softball Leagues during spring, summer, and fall as a recreational opportunity to enhance your personal fitness and have fun. DPR leagues provide friendly competition in a recreational setting for athletes of all skill levels. DPR asks all players to be competitive and courteous at the same time; creating an atmosphere of fair play and sportsmanship that is supported by coaches, players, and spectators.
Co-ed 5 and 5 Slow Pitch League
This league is designed to provide athletes 18 years of age and older a recreational opportunity while enhancing their physical fitness and having fun. The team format is 5 men and 5 women players. This DPR league features 80 teams and approximately 1,600 players.
Co-ed 7 and 3 Slow Pitch League
This league is designed to provide leisure time activity for adults 18 years old and over to have fun and meet new people. There are competitive and non-competitive leagues; the team format is 7 men and 3 women players.
Men's Slow Pitch League
This league is designed to provide athletes 18 years of age and older an opportunity to demonstrate their skill and ability to play slow pitch softball. This DPR league features 24 teams and approximately 480 players.
Men's Fast Pitch League
This league is designed to provide athletes 16 years of age and older an opportunity to demonstrate their skill and ability to play fast pitch softball. This DPR league features 6 teams and approximately 120 players.
