DPR Spring 2008 Field Maintenance on Baseball and Softball Fields Underway At the end of February 2008 the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) began field maintenance on baseball and softball fields in preparation for the Spring 2008 season.  Work includes a variety of activity at each location, including mowing, fertilizing, weed control and removal, and lighting and fencing repairs. This year DPR will also be providing ballfield infield mix to a select number of fields.
