DPR and DC Stoddert Soccer Partner to Bring New Athletic Field to Fort Stevens Recreation Center On Wednesday, June 25, 2008, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) began the upgrade and conversion of the existing athletic field to a new bermudagrass natural turf field athletic field at Fort Stevens Recreation Center, 1327 Van Buren St., NW.
