DPR Launches District’s Tobacco Free Sports Campaign with DOH, American Lung Association of DC, and Caron Butler On Saturday, September 20, 2008, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), DC Department of Health (DOH), American Lung Association of the District of Columbia (ALADC) and Washington Wizard Caron Butler kicked off the District’s Tobacco Free Sports campaign at the Turkey Thicket Recreation Center.
