Takoma Community Center 2009 Science Fair On January 29, 2009, at the Takoma Community Center, 300 Van Buren Street, NW, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) hosted the 2009 Science Fair, featuring over 20 students in kindergarten through sixth grade.
