(Washington, DC) - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has temporarily closed Turkey Thicket Aquatic Facility (1100 Michigan Ave., NE) due to a facility maintenance issue. The pool will be closed today, Thursday, May 1 and Friday, May 2.  Only the pool is affected by the closure. Turkey Thicket Recreation Center remains open.  

Constituents will be notified when the pool re-opens.
