Cooperative Play 2017-2018

2017-2018 Open House & Registration Dates

Open Houses will take place on February 7-9 and April 5-7, 2017.  Please visit the Cooperative Play 2017-2018 Open House website page for locations and more information. 

Registration for the 2017-2018 program year will open on Monday, April 3 at 12 noon for District residents; and on Monday, April 10 at 12 noon for non District residents.  Registration will close on Sunday, December 31, 2017.
 

2017-2018 General Information

The program dates for the 2017-2018 Cooperative Play Program year are Tuesday, September 5, 2017 through Friday, May 25, 2018. 

Please note that participants must be 18 months old or 2½ years old by September 30 in order to enroll in the Cooperative Play Program.

2017-2018 Program Sites and Ages

18 - 29 months locations:

  • Banneker Community Center  (originally located at Harrison Rec Ctr)
  • Chevy Chase Recreation Center
  • Columbia Heights Community Center
  • ** Harrison Recreation Center has been permanently moved to Banneker Community Center
  • Raymond Recreation Center
  • Rose Park Recreation Center
  • Turkey Thicket Recreation Center
  • Volta Park Recreation Center 

2½ - 4 years old locations:

  • Chevy Chase Community Center
  • Columbia Heights Community Center
  • Hearst Recreation Center
  • Guy Mason Recreation Center
  • Kennedy Recreation Center
  • Mitchell Park Recreation Center
  • Volta Park Recreation Center

Participants must be 18 months old or 2½ years old by September 30 in order to enroll in the Cooperative Play Program.

Program Fees

Please visit the Programs Fees page for enrollment fee information.  Please note that as of May 2016, Cooperative Play Program fees have dropped slightly.  Enrolled families are asked to please review this page and make note of the adjusted (lowered) pricing. 


Required Forms

Please visit the Required Forms page to download the forms necessary for enrollee's and duty participants.  Please note that all forms must be completed and submitted prior to the start of the 2017-2018 Cooperative Play Program.
