(WASHINGTON, DC) – This October, as the Fall season begins, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is filled with amazing events and opportunities to celebrate Halloween, participate in a National Afterschool Activity event, recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and more!
