(Washington, DC)  –  The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announced this evening that Kennedy, Columbia Heights, Banneker and Emery recreation centers will resume normal operations on Thursday, January 23, 2014. 

All programs and events scheduled for Thursday will resume.

The cooperative play program at Columbia Heights and Kennedy recreation centers are cancelled for Thursday.
