The current permit windows for athletics and aquatics are provided below. There are four permit windows each calendar year, to coincide with each season. Applications must be received online during the “Permit Application Window” to be considered for use. Applicants may submit new requests after the notification of availability.
Park sites are available for rental from mid-March to mid-November. Requests for rentals are open January 5 - November 8, 2026.

Fall 2026
- Season Duration: September 8, 2026– November 15, 2026
- Permit Application Window: June 22–July 3, 2026
- Fort Dupont Fall Permit Application Window: August 3 – August 16, 2026
- Notification of Availability: Week of August 3, 2026

Winter 2026/2027
