DPR established specialty centers for highly organized activites that require specific provisions for a singular use.  Specialty centers include uses for tennis, therapeutic recreation, ice skating, and more.  Specialty Centers also include facilities that are operated by third-parties, such as the Jellef Recreation Center and the Rita Bright Recreation Center.
