The Latin American Youth Center (LAYC) in collaboration with the Parents’ Association of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington manages the Rita Bright Family & Youth Center on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The site is open year-round offering educational and recreational programming to DC youth ages 6-18.
LAYC strives to empower a diverse population of youth to achieve a successful transition to adulthood, through multi-cultural, comprehensive, and innovative programs that address youth's social, academic, and career needs.
