ALERT: On Tuesday, January 27, DPR recreation centers and indoor pools will have a delayed opening at 10 AM

Due to winter weather, the DC government will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. DPR recreation centers and indoor pools that usually open before 10:00 AM will instead open at 10:00 AM. DPR recreation centers and indoor pools that open after 10:00 AM will open on time, except for Ballou and Marie Reed Aquatic Centers, which will remain closed all day due to DC Public Schools being closed.
