The DC Senior Games will be held the first and second weeks of May and will feature medal competition in various sports, such as pickle-ball, swimming, tennis, track and field, basketball, table tennis, volleyball and much more. The yearly competition, hosted by DPR showcases the athletic prowess of District residents ages 50 and above. The games provide an excellent way for seniors to maintain or improve their physical and mental condition as well as their coordination while enjoying some friendly competition.
