From Monday, June 1 through Friday, June 12, DPR will accept permit applications. 

Applications received during the permit window are reviewed and applicants are notified of their permit status during the 'notification period'. 

DPR will handle all late permit requests for fields and gyms in the order they are received. 

Late permit requests will not be processed until after all on time permit requests, submitted during the permit window, are complete.

Important Dates:

• Application Opens: Monday, June 1, 2015
• Application Deadline: 11:59 pm on Friday, June 12, 2015
• Permit Notifications: Week of July 20, 2015
• Season Duration: Fall: September 7 – November 20, 2015  and Winter: November 21, 2015 - March 20, 2015

NOTE: Natural turf fields are offline from the Friday before Thanksgiving (11/20/2015) until the third Friday in March (03/18/2016).
