DC residents, age 50 and over, as of December 31, 2024, are eligible to participate in the Senior Games.

Fourth Annual Ward 3 Martin Luther King Jr. I Have A Dream Essay Contest - Macomb Recreation Center

Last Date:

Students in grades 3 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12 are invited to submit essays for the fourth annual Martin Luther King Jr. "I Have a Dream" essay contest.

Submissions must be legible and are open to any concept surrounding MLK's dream for the American society. Essays are to be no longer than 50 to 100 words and must be submitted to Mr. Dent no later than 7 pm on Thursday, January 15, 2014.

The first, second and third place winners in each grade category will receive awards.
