The current permit windows for athletics and aquatics are provided below. There are four permit windows each calendar year, to coincide with each season. Applications must be received online during the “Permit Application Window” to be considered for use. Applicants may submit new requests after the notification of availability.

Fall 2024

• Season Duration: September 3, 2024 – November 17, 2024
• Permit Application Window:  June 24, 2024 – July 7, 2024
• Notification of Availability: Week of August 5, 2024
• Invoice Due Date: August 12, 2024 - View fee schedule (Please note that invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant on the permit request).
  All locations are available for purchase/request via Permits and Reservations on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Winter 2024/2025

• Season Duration: November 18, 2024 – March 14, 2025
• Permit Application Window: September 16 – September 29, 2024
• Notification of Availability: Week of October 28, 2024
• Invoice Due Date: November 4, 2024 - View fee schedule (Please note that invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant on the permit request).
  All locations are available for purchase/request via Permits and Reservations on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

Spring 2025

• Season Duration: March 15, 2025 – June 15, 2025
• Permit Application Window:  January 2 - 12, 2025
• Notification of Availability: Week of February 10, 2025
• Invoice Due Date: February 24, 2025 - View fee schedule (Please note that invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant on the permit request).
  All locations are available for purchase/request via Permits and Reservations on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Summer 2025

• Season Duration: June 16, 2025 – September 1, 2025
• Permit Application Window: April 7 - 20, 2025
• Notification of Availability:  Week of May 19, 2025

Fall 2025
