Get ready. Get Set. and Go! to your local parks for a new, free "Fitness in the Park - 7 & 7" program, offering residents opportunities to get outside, improve physical fitness and become #DPRFit.  Yoga participants should bring a yoga mat, and all participants should bring water and wear appropriate work out attire and shoes.
