Join the Bald Eagle/Barry Farm staff and Ward 8 at the "8th Annual Ward 8 Breast Cancer Walk: Reflections of Pink" event as we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month this October.    

All participants are asked to register in advance. On the "day of" the event, check in/late registration begins at 8:30 am and the walk will begin at 9:30 am, starting from Bald Eagle Recreation Center (100 Joliet Street, SW) and ending at the Barry Farm Recreation Center (1230 Sumner Road, SE).

There will be special guest speakers, mammogram demonstrations, giveaways, activities and much more - so bring the whole family, your friends and your neighbors too!!
