DPR is currently reviewing the agency's fee structure and regulations.  This series of community meetings will offer the public an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes.  DPR will solicit opinions, suggestions and comments on the current fee structure.  The key topics of the fee structure include: changing from a flat rate to hourly rate system, a new "fee-based use" permit for permit holders who charge their participants and priority of use.

DPR plans to examine the use of its facilities for fund-raising activities, the sale of food and beverages, and to establish procedures that comply with District of Columbia law, and allow clear guidelines for these commercial activities.
