From Monday, December 9 through Friday, January 3 DPR will accept permit applications. 
Applications received during the permit window are reviewed and applicants are notified of their permit status during the 'notification period'. 
DPR will handle all late permit requests for fields and gyms in the order they are received. 
Late permit requests will not be processed until after all on time permit requests, submitted during the permit window, are complete.

Important Dates:

• Application Deadline: 11:59 pm on Friday, January 3, 2014
• Permit Notifications: Week of January 27, 2014
• The 2014 Spring/Summer permit season is March 22, 2014 through August 22, 2014.
