END-OF-SEASON POOL CLOSURE SCHEDULE:
Outdoor pools will close in waves beginning on Sunday, August 4, 2024, with the last closures on Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2024. Check below for each pool's closure date.

Entrance information:
- Pools that reach maximum capacity will follow a “one in, one out” policy.
- All DPR pools are free for DC residents and require a paid membership for non-DC residents.
- Non-DC residents may purchase a daily outdoor pool pass or a pass that will last the entire 2024 season.
- Purchase a one-day outdoor pool pass
- Purchase a summer season pool pass (DPR account required for non-resident season pass)
2024 Outdoor Pool Opening Hours:
- Outdoor pools will close for the season on a rolling basis beginning on Sunday, August 4. The last outdoor pools to close for the season will close on Labor Day, Monday, September 2, 2024.
- Outdoor pools are open on the WEEKENDS ONLY (Saturday and Sunday) BEFORE Sunday, June 23, 2024 (in addition to being open on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27).
- Starting Monday, June 24, all outdoor pools will operate on individual summer schedules, six days a week (see below).
- All DPR Outdoor Pools will be open on Thursday, July 4, from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- DPR pools remain open if it rains, as long as lifeguards are able to see the bottom of the pool. Pools close immediately at the first sign of lighting.
When an outdoor pool must be offline due to maintenance or other issue, DPR SPLASH will be updated with real-time status.
