The community and the children at the Watkins Recreation Center are invited to a Thanksgiving dinner.
Each person is asked to donate canned goods to be given to a shelter. Those who donate will receive a special gift.

Ward 7 is bringing its youth and its seniors together for an exciting evening of entertainment, food and great conversation at its annual holiday harvest event.
The young people will also learn table manners, and dance floor etiquette.
Grateful and Thankful Recreation Feast - King Greenleaf Recreation Center
The King Greenleaf Recreation Center will host a Grateful and Thankful Recreation Feast for children who are part of the center's programs such as Boys to Men, After School Access, and Young Ladies on the Rise. The feast is also for the children who are involved in football, basketball, and arts and crafts activities.

Participants at the Joseph H. Cole Recreation Center will feast on a small pre-Thanksgiving dinner.
