Do you know how to swim and have the desire to serve the community by keeping our swimming pools safe this summer? If the answer is “yes,” the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has a job for you!
Please join DPR on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 at Turkey Thicket Recreation Center, 1100 Michigan Avenue, NE, Washington DC. At the Fair, over 150 summer lifeguard positions will be available. We are looking for dependable people who meet the following qualifications:

(WASHINGTON, DC) – The United States Tennis Association (USTA) recently announced it presented the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) with the USTA Organization Member of the Year Award. The national award is given annually to an organization that provides outstanding service to its members and to the local community. DPR was honored at the USTA Annual Meeting and Conference on April 11, 2015 in Boca Raton, Florida.
