Noyes Park Redevelopment

The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has begun the process of the redevelopment of Noyes Park, which is located at 10th and Franklin Street, NE.

The new park will be approximately 1.1 acres in size and provide new features and amenities, including:

  • Playground for all ages
  • Adult fitness equipment
  • Plaza/Community gathering space
  • Community garden
  • Walking path
  • Multipurpose field
  • Perimeter fencing
  • Ornamental playground fencing
  • Picnic tables
  • Landscaping
  • Grills
  • Service entrance
  • Litter receptacles
  • Community message board
  • Irrigation system
