What’s New?

The concept for the new place space at Turkey Thicket creates new and exciting opportunities for play and takes advantage of some of the natural topography on the site. New features, now accessible for people with disabilities, include a small splash park, sensory play elements, and areas for imaginative play.  The existing play equipment will also be replaced, and new seating and a community garden will be added.

How You’ll Move Grow and Be Green

You’ll really be able to MOVE on the new play hill. The play area will challenge you to GROW as you take a journey through different modes of transportation created by the new equipment. New erosion control and storm water management techniques at Turkey Thicket allow us to BE GREEN and keep the park nice!
