(Washington, DC) - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has closed Banneker Community Center (2500 Georgia Avenue, NW) and Joe Cole Recreation Center (1299 Neal Street, NE) for Friday, February 14, 2014 as a result of the inclement weather. Both centers are expected to open on Saturday, February 15.
