Bowser Administration Highlights Thanksgiving Events in the District

 
(WASHINGTON, DC) – Today, the Bowser Administration and DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) are proud to host a number of events to bring people together and provide Thanksgiving resources to hundreds of District families during the holiday season.

Events include hosted dinners as well as turkey and holiday basket giveaways. The highlighted events listed below represent just a few of the activities offered this month through Mayor Muriel Bowser, DPR, and community partners.

Emery Heights Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway
Emery Heights Community Center (5801 Georgia Ave NW)

Tuesday, November 22

Kennedy Recreation Center (1401 7th St NW)
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
