DPR has temporarily closed Columbia Heights Community Center, located at 1480 Girard Street, NW, due to an issue with the heating system. Only the building is affected by the closure. DGS is on site and constituents will be notified when the center re-opens.
(Washington, DC) - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has temporarily closed Columbia Heights Community Center, located at 1480 Girard Street, NW, due to an issue with the heating system. Only the building is affected by the closure. The Department of General Services (DGS) is on site and constituents will be notified when the center re-opens.
DPR apologizes for the inconvenience and is working with DGS to resolve this issue. Information will be provided as it becomes available.
