Washington, DC - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announced that all DPR facilities will be closed on Friday, September 30, 2011, to provide agency wide staff development. DPR will use this day to review the level of service it provides to District residents and guests and set goals to ensure that residents continue to receive a high quality of service at all of DPR centers, parks and events.

Facilities will resume normal hours on Saturday, October 1, 2011.
