Recreation centers and aquatic centers close for Emancipation Day, Tuesday April 16, 2013.

WASHINGTON, DC – The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announced that in observance of DC Emancipation Day all recreation centers and pools will closed on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. All DC government offices will also be closed.
