(Washington, DC) - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announces that DPR, Coca-Cola and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) will recognize a court resurfacing project at Benning Park Recreation Center.  In partnership with the Coca-Cola Company, NRPA is providing grants to communities to improve parks and recreation facilities and increase access to physical activity.

Coca-Cola will provide DPR Summer campers the opportunity to join the ceremony at Benning Park with a fun-filled day of activities and games.  Campers will be able experience over-sized tricycles, Zorb Balls, etc.  Additionally, Coca-Cola will help beat the heat with cool beverages such as Dasani Water and other refreshing options.
