The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has closed the following facilities today.

  • Anacostia Recreation Center (1800 Anacostia Drive SE)
  • Congress Heights Recreation Center (611 Alabama Avenue SE)
  • Douglass Community Center (1898 Stanton Terrace SE)
  • Edgewood Recreation Center (3rd and Evarts Streets NE)
  • Fort Stevens Senior Services (1327 Van Buren Street NW)
  • Hardy Recreation Center (4500 Q Street NW)
  • Hearst Recreation Center (3950 37th Street NW)
  • Joseph Cole Recreation Center (1299 Neal Street NE)
  • Lafayette Recreation Center (5900 33rd Street NW)
  • Malcolm X Opportunity Center (1351 Alabama Avenue SE)
  • Stead Recreation Center (1625 P Street NW)
  • Theodore Hagans Senior Services Cultural Center (3201 Fort Lincoln Drive NE)
  • Therapeutic Recreation Pool (3030 G Street SE)
  • Upshur Recreation Center (4300 Arkansas Avenue NW)
  • Watkins Recreation Center (420 12th Street SE)
  • William H. Rumsey Aquatic Center (635 North Carolina Avenue SE)

All other facilities will follow regular operating hours.

Adaptive programs and facilities are available for persons with disabilities.
