(Washington, DC) - The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has closed Edgewood Recreation Center (3rd & Evarts Street, NE) and Upshur Recreation Center (4300 Arkansas Avenue, NW) for Tuesday, March 4, 2014 as a result of the inclement weather. Both centers will reopen on Wednesday, March 5th.
