(Washington, DC) The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) announced today that registration for the 2016 Spring programs offered at DPR will begin on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. From sports programs such as swimming, soccer, and tennis; to fitness programs such as aerobics and Zumba; to educational programs such as gardening, there are varied options for DC residents to play, learn, or experience leisure activities. DPR offers a variety of programs and activities for all ages!!!

Feel free to browse the many programs that DPR offers without creating an account. However, in order to register for a program, an ASAP account must be created first for each program participant enrolled. Once an account has been created, please feel free to log in immediately. The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) provides quality urban recreation and leisure services for residents and visitors to the District of Columbia. DPR supervises and maintains area parks, community facilities, swimming pools and spray parks, and neighborhood recreation centers. The agency also coordinates a wide variety of recreation and educational programs including sports leagues, youth development, therapeutic recreation, aquatic programming, outdoor adventure, camping, and senior citizen activities. Adaptive programs and facilities are available for persons with disabilities.
