Supreme Teen Clubs were established by the DC Department of Parks and Recreation's (DPR) Office of Teen Programs to offer District teenagers a holistic, quality youth development program that will assist them in gaining the necessary skills to ensure greater opportunities for personal success.

Supreme teen clubs seek to engage DC youth in dialogue about the issues that affect them and discuss the best method to address those issues.
