The Banneker Recreation Center is located opposite the campus of Howard University on Georgia Avenue NW. The center offers numerous classes for youth and adults and allows constituents to host meetings and social functions through the Department of Parks and Recreation Permit office. Banneker is committed to providing recreation and leisure opportunities to the community.
