DPR made upgrades to the small recreation facility at Hearst Playground. The work included:
- Power washing the building
- Pointing Masonry
- Remove over brush and weeds
- New landscaping
- Repair and replace concrete and asphalt patio
- Install ADA compliant ramp to entrance of the building
- Refurbish front porch including paint
- Refurbish roof
- Install insulation in the attic
- New flooring
- New paint
- Install new energy efficient HVAC system
- Refurbish bathrooms
- Refurbish electrical and do electrical heavy up from 100A to 200A
- Refurbish or replace window guards and windows
