The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is planning a renovation of Noyes Park is located in Ward 5. The park is located at the intersection of 10th & Franklin Street, NE. The park, which is 1.1 acres in size, is an open, sunny site, sloping gently westward toward 10th Street. Noyes Elementary School, with an enrollment of approximately 300 students, is located adjacent to the park at 2725 10th Street, NE.

The new park will have the following features and amenities:
