The play space at Upshur Recreation Center is located at 4300 Arkansas Avenue, NW in Ward 4. The site recently received new playground equipment, and this round of renovations will focus on some smaller site improvements.

What’s New?

The renovations at Upshur focus on the sport amenities, and include a new synthetic turf soccer pitch, a resurfaced basketball court, basketball goals and lighting. Additionally, the existing fitness equipment will be removed and the sandbox will be refurbished.
