Come out and join Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Councilmember Yvette Alexander, DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), the DC Department of General Services (DGS) and the Benning Park community as we cut the ribbon on the newest Play DC playground in Ward 7.

This playground design centers on a "dragon" theme, which includes castle-themed play equipment, a wee-saw and more.  The Benning Park  community was instrumental in selecting the theme, and the play space focuses on enhancing the overall play area and emphasizing a 'multi-use space' for the active Benning Park community.
