Come out and join Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), the DC Department of General Services (DGS) and the Turkey Thicket community as we cut the ribbon on the newest Play DC playground in Ward 5.

The playground design centers on two themes, a "mini-village" theme and a "transportation" theme, with trains, boats, mountains, cars and other modes of "transportation-themed play" equipment.
